Benefits User Guide
The Benefits functionality enables you to manage the types of benefits and benefit plans your company offers. With Benefits, you can also create benefit profiles to easily assign employees a specific set of benefits.
In order to use the Benefits functionality, your company must have the HR Enterprise sub-system enabled. If your company is Payroll-only, you continue to have the same Benefits functionality you have always had.
Enabling Benefits Functionality in a Company
Select Ready Benefits for basic benefits functionality.
Enabling these options activates the menus for the given functionality.
