Company Hub User Guide

Organizations often have a variety of resources available to help their people stay up on the latest announcements, understand company standards, and communicate culture, but getting all those resources in one place can be challenging.

A Dashboard Layout Configuration setting, Company Hub, gives your company a way to communicate and provide vital resources to your people. This option has been designed to deliver branded content to build unique company experiences. A single adaptable display pulls all your key organization-level information into one place for your employees. News feeds, embedded videos, and helpful links can communicate company standards, culture, and announcements. 

Company Hub and Content Management features:

Adaptable Displays: Flexible design options let you curate your Company Hub with the organization-level resources that are most relevant for your people, brand, and culture.

Engaging Content: Clean, structured information in a single location that dynamically updates in real time.

Quick-Start Options: Templates and built-in guidance for creating your Company Hub let you hit the ground running and create a space that works for your organization.

Security

Users need security permission to be able to do the following:

• Create and adjust Company Hub Tabs

• Create a Content widget within a Company Hub Tab

• Access the Content Widget Library

• Add a Content widget from the Content Widget Library to a Company Hub Tab

In the user’s Security Profile, navigate to the Profiles section under the Profiles tab and enable View and Edit for Dashboard Layout Profiles.
