Users Auditing
The Users Auditing page allows you to track user logins.
The list displays the following information about user login sessions:
- Date — Date and time when the user logged it.
- Username — Username of the logged in user for that session.
- Credential — Indicates how the user actually logged in. Users can log in to the system in one of two ways:
- Using their username - the Credential will be the same as their Username.
- Using their email address - a different value appears in this column.
- IP Address — IP address of the device being used by the logged in user for that session.
- Message — Status of the log in session: SUCCESS or PASSWORD_INVALID.

To export the user list to a CSV file, do one of the following:
- To export the entire user list, click

- To define start and end dates in which users' logins are exported:
- Click the From date field.
- Use the month and date pickers select the appropriate start month and date for the export.
- Click Apply.
- Click the To date field.
- Use the month and date pickers select the appropriate end month and date for the export.
- Click Apply.

To open the exported CSV file, click the Notifications icon and click the latest file for the AUTHENTICATION_AUDIT entry. The system opens the file.
