Hyperfind conditions
When you create or edit a Hyperfind A search engine that filters and selects groups of employees through queries that specify conditions or locations (criteria). query, you need to define the conditions for the search. For example, you often need to specify the timeframe or effective date for the search and whether the search excludes or includes the people defined by the search criteria.
The conditions used for Hyperfinds can be simple or complex. For example:
- A simple Hyperfind might just search for employees whose hire date was before January 1, 2010:
- Hire date is on or after 1/01/2010
- A complex Hyperfind could search for non-administrative part-time, active employees with the following characteristics:
- Primary job matches Organization/United States, as of today (include jobs from all locations below)
- AND
- NOT(Expected to work 100% or more of full-time hours as of today)
- AND
- NOT(ID number is CXSYSADMIN, 10000, 60000, 10013)
- AND
- Employee employed and working as of today
The Select Conditions page provides following filters to help you organize the condition criteria for the search.
The General Information section includes the following:
This Hyperfind condition searches for people by name or ID.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition and select the type of search:
- By Last Name
- By First Name
- By Full Name
- By ID
- Do one of the following:
- Select Choose Specific People and enter your search criteria in the Search for field, and click Search. In the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable people to the Selected Items box.
- Select Use Single Wildcard and define the applicable conditions using a wildcard. See Use wildcards in Hyperfinds for more information.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who have a specific primary job. You can also define an effective date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Select All to select all locations.
- Select the location of the primary job using either the right arrow
to run through the hierarchy, or the drop-down lists to select locations and jobs.
- In the Effective Date field, select the As of today or Within specified time period date.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people whose primary jobs have expired within a specified time period or on or before today.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select one of the following in the Effective Date drop-down box:
- Within specified time period
- On or before today
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This condition includes or excludes employees based on their default labor category. An employee's default labor category is derived from the intersection between the labor category entry lists assigned to the location on the business structure of the employee's primary job and the employee’s primary labor category (as defined in their person record). That is, employees are:
- Included when the entries in their primary labor category match (or match and exceed) the labor category entries for the location on the business structure of their primary job.
- Excluded when the employee’s primary labor category does not contain all of the entries for the location on the business structure of their primary job.
The workspace contains the Summary tab, tabs for the Labor Categories configured on your system, and the Cost Center tab. The Summary tab provides a summary of all the conditions defined for all labor categories.
To configure this condition:
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Do one of the following:
- On the Summary tab, select Select all available entries for all labor categories if you want to select all of the labor category entries assigned to labor categories.
- Select a labor category tab and define the conditions:
- Enter a Wild Card Selection, if required. See Use wildcards in Hyperfinds for more information.
- Select items from the Available Items list and move them to the Selected Items list.
- Select one of the following for the Effective Date:
- Within specified time period
- On or before today
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- Repeat step 2 for additional labor categories if needed.
- Click the Summary tab and review your selections.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who have a specific primary cost center. You can also define an "as of" date.
To configure this condition:
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Enter search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable cost centers to the Selected Items box.
- In the As of area, select Today or Within specified time period.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
The Additional Information fields enable you to create groups based on attributes such as shift. Instead of forcing the creation of a labor category for this purpose, you can assign the correct shift in the Additional Information field
This condition also has the advantage of keeping static employee information out of dynamic employee data, reducing transfer string length and improving usability.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Additional information field, select from one of the listed Custom Fields configured in the system:
- Depending on your selection, enter the applicable information in the blank field. For example, to search by shifts, select Only Custom Data and enter shift in the blank field.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people based on key dates, such as rehire date, 401K enrollment date, and so forth. You can also define conditions around a specific date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select one of the date types listed in Person's Dates box.
- Select one of the following in the next box:
- After
- On or After
- Before
- On or Before
- On
- Enter a date or click the calendar
to select a date. - In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who report to a specific manager or managers.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select a manager's name from the list in the Reports To box.
- If you select <Logged On User>, all employees who report to the manager who is executing the Hyperfind are retrieved. This symbolic selection permits the creation of a single Hyperfind that can be used by all manager users.
- If you select Hierarchy <Logged On User>, all direct and indirect reports of the manager executing the Hyperfind are retrieved. For example, Manager A has three direct reports. One of these is another manager who has two direct reports. When this filter is used in the Hyperfind, all five employees are returned. Note that this filter is not limited to two levels of hierarchy, it continues to include all levels of the hierarchy that exist under that manager.
- Administrators can use this filter to create a Home Employees Hyperfind that can be applied for managers to limit their employee group (throughout the system) to include only their direct and indirect reports.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who have a specific employee license.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- From the Employee License list, select one or more licenses.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
You can define the Hyperfind by hire date, employment status, employment terms Legal contracts between employer and employee. When scheduled to work hours differ from the hours in their contract, the pay rules of the employees determine the impact on pay., pay rules, badge numbers, or UDM Universal Device Manager manages the configuration of terminals and communication with the system. device groups.
With this condition, you define a date and the search returns people whose hire date is on, on or before, or on or after this date.

This Hyperfind condition searches for people whose employment status is active, inactive, or terminated. You can also define an "as of" and effective date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Status list, select one of the following:
- Active
- Inactive
- Terminated
- In the As of area, select:
- Today
- Specific Date and enter the date or click the calendar icon
to select a date. - Within specified time period
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who have specific employment terms. You can also define an "as of" date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Employment Terms list, search for the applicable employment terms and move them to the Selected Items box.
- In the As of area, select:
- Today
- Specific Date and enter the date or click the calendar icon
to select a date - Within specified time period
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who have a specific pay rules.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- From the Pay Rules box, select the applicable pay rules. Use the Ctrl key to select more than one.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who belong to a specific device group.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select one or more device groups in the Device Group box. Use the Ctrl key to select more than one.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who have specific badge numbers. You can also define an "as of" date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the As of area, select one of the following:
- Today
- Specific Date and enter the date or click the calendar icon
to select a date
- Do one of the following:
- In the Choose Specific Badge Numbers area, search for the applicable badge numbers and move them to the Selected Items box.
- Expand Use Single Wildcard and enter the criteria in the Define Condition field.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
You can define the Hyperfind by jobs, labor categories, paycodes A category of time or money that employees earn, for example, Regular Hours, Bonus, or Sick., exceptions, comments, and reviewed exceptions.
This Hyperfind condition enables you to set different search criteria for people who have a specific job.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select one or more applicable job using the right arrow
to run through the hierarchy. - In the Find drop-down list, select from the following:
- Home employees who worked in the specified jobs
- Transferred-in employees who worked in the specified jobs
- Any Home or transferred-in employees who worked in the specified jobs
- Home employees who transferred to a job outside of my Organizational Group
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition enables you to set different search criteria for people who have a specific labor category. This workspace includes the Summary tab, tabs for the Labor Categories configured on your system, and the Cost Center tab.
After you select the applicable categories, the Summary tab lists all the selections.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select the applicable tab or tabs and enter the following:
Do one of the following:
- Select Wild Card Selection and define the applicable conditions. See Use wildcards in Hyperfinds for more information.
- Select the available contract codes from the Available Items box and use the arrows to move them to the Selected Items box.
- From the Find drop-down box, select one of the following:
- Transferred-in employees who worked in the specified labor categories / cost centers
- Any Home or transferred-in employees who worked in the specified labor categories / cost centers
- Home employees who worked in the specified labor categories / cost centers
- Home employees transferred to labor category outside of my Labor category profile
- Home employees who transferred to a Cost Center outside of my Employee Group Cost Center Pattern
- Transferred-in employees to both labor category AND location who worked in the specified labor categories
- Any home or transferred-in employees to labor category OR location who worked in the specified labor categories
- Note:
Two variations of "All Home A query that returns a list of employees associated with a manager's employee group. All Home finds people who are active employees or active users as of today. and Transferred-in Hyperfinds" conditions are listed here.
- OR means that I want to see either employees who have transferred into either my location or my labor category in a single span of worked time — it's inclusive of both groups of employees.
- AND means that I want to see only employees who have transferred into my location AND my labor category in a single span of worked time — it's exclusive because it excludes anyone who doesn't meet both criteria.
There are also two default Hyperfinds available for each of these variations.
All Home — Finds employees with a primary labor category assignment that is part of the manager’s employee group.
The employees are currently active employees or active users.
All Home and Scheduled Job Transfers — Finds:
- Employees in your employee group or organizational group to whom you have access.
- Employees in your employee group or organizational group whose account or primary job is the assigned account or job during the time specified in the search.
- Employees whose account or primary job is different, but who are scheduled to transfer into your employee group or organizational group.
All Home and Transferred In — Finds:
- Employees in your home account or organizational group who worked in the specified job or account during the time specified in the search.
- Employees who transferred into the specified labor category and employees who worked this category as their primary labor category.
- Employees whose primary job or labor category is different, but who transferred into the specified labor category or organizational job during the specified time period.
All Home and Transferred-in to both labor category and location — Finds both of the following:
- All employees in the manager’s home location (defined using an employee group)
AND
- Employees who have transferred into the manager's assigned labor categories (as defined in an employee group) and the manager's assigned locations (also as defined in an employee group) in the same worked span.
Note:The following setting in System Configuration > System Settings > Global Settings determines which one of the "All Home and Transferred-in Hyperfinds" displays:
global.hyperfind.display.inclusiveExclusive.filter.switch — Controls the visibility of two standard "All Home and transferred-in" Hyperfinds. Select one of the following:
- Transferred-into Jobs "OR" Labor Categories (inclusive) — The All Home and Transferred-in to both labor category and location Hyperfind will not be visible. Additionally, the Exclusive transferred-In filters will not be visible in the Time management category when you access Hyperfind filters in the Hyperfind Editor
- Transferred into Jobs "AND" Labor Categories (exclusive) — The All Home and Transferred-in Hyperfind will not be visible. Additionally, the Inclusive transferred-In filters will not be visible in the Time Management category when you access Hyperfind filters in the Hyperfind Editor.
- ALL — Both the All home and transferred in AND the All Home and Transferred-in to both labor category and location Hyperfinds will be visible. Both the Exclusive AND Inclusive Transferred-In filters will be visible in the Time Management category when you access Hyperfind filters in the Hyperfind Editor.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition enables you to search for people who worked using a specific paycode. You can also define the number of hours worked using the selected paycode.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Complete the following fields:
- Worked — Select more than, more than or equal to, less than, less than or equal to, or equal to.
- Amount — Enter the number of hours to complete the "worked" statement.
- In —Select a paycode. Each paycode must be added one at a time.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition enables you to set different search criteria for people who have specific types of exceptions.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select the types of exceptions. Hold down the Ctrl key to select more than one.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people whose timecards includes specific types of comments. You can search for comments associated with amounts or punches The entries on a timecard that mark the beginning (in-punch) or end (out-punch) of a work interval, such as the beginning of a shift or transfer..
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Commented Information box, select from the following:
- Amounts
- Punches
- Historical Corrections Edits that occur after timecards are approved and signed-off. on Historic Date
- Historical Corrections on Effective Date
- Select the types of comments from the following list. Hold down the Ctrl key to select more than one.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who have specific kinds of reviewed exceptions.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Reviewed Exceptions box, select the types of reviewed exceptions. Hold down the Ctrl key to select more than one.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
You can define the following conditions for this Hyperfind:
This Hyperfind condition identifies employees are required to enroll in finger biometric templates.
- Select either Include or Exclude people who meet this condition.
- Click Add. The condition is displayed. For example, if you selected Include, the condition states, "Finger biometric enrollment is required."
- Click Apply.
This Hyperfind conditions identifies employees who have enrolled with finger biometric templates.
- Select either Include or Exclude people who meet this condition.
- Click Add.
- If you selected Include, the condition states: "Finger biometric enrollment is required."
- If you selected Exclude people who meet this condition, the condition states: NOT(Finger biometric status is Enrolled in Verification)
- Click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition identifies employees who have finger biometric templates enrolled in identification.
- Select either Include or Exclude people who meet this condition.
- Click Add.
- If you selected Include, the condition states: "Finger biometric enrollment is required."
- If you selected Exclude people who meet this condition, the condition states: NOT(Finger biometric enrollment is required).
- Click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition identifies employees who are enrolled in finger biometrics organized by device group.
- Select either Include or Exclude people who meet this condition.
- Select a device group listed or enter a search string and click Search.
- Click Add.
- Click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition identifies employees based on how closely the employee’s finger scan image must match the employee’s biometric template for successful verification. Settings are Normal (the default), Low, and None.
- Select either Include or Exclude people who meet this condition.
- Select one or more of the following: Normal, Low, None, High.
- Click Add. The condition is listed, for example, "Biometric finger verification threshold is Normal."
- Click Apply.
You can define the Hyperfind by schedule group Assembles employees who share schedules or any other work characteristics., availability (can be scheduled to work), scheduled job, scheduled labor categories.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who belong to specific schedule groups
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Do one of the following:
- In the Search for field, enter search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable cost centers to the Selected Items box.
- Expand Use Single Wildcard and enter the criteria in the Define Condition field.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who can be scheduled to work based on their locations.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Enter the As of date or click the calendar icon
to select a date. - In the Search field, enter a search criteria (including wildcards) and click Launch the Search
to narrow down the list of locations. - Select the location using the right arrow
to run through the hierarchy, the drop-down lists to select the location, or click Select All. - In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with specific schedule criteria based on their location.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Enter the As of date or click the calendar icon
to select a date. - In the Search field, enter a search criteria (including wildcards) and click Launch the Search
to narrow down the list of locations. - Select one or more applicable locations using the right arrow
to run through the hierarchy. - In the Find drop-down list, select from the following:
- Home employees who are scheduled in the specified jobs
- Transferred-in employees who are scheduled in the specified jobs
- Any Home or transferred-in employees who are scheduled in the specified jobs
- Home employees who are scheduled to transfer out of my Organization Group
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with specific scheduled labor category criteria. The workspace contains tabs for the Labor Categories configured on your system. The Summary tab provides a summary of all the conditions defined for all labor categories.
To configure this condition:
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Do one of the following:
- On the Summary tab, select Select all available entries for all labor categories if you want to select all of the labor category entries assigned to labor categories.
- OR
- Select a labor category tab and define the conditions:
- Enter a Wild Card Selection, if required. See Use wildcards in Hyperfinds for more information.
- Select items from the Available Items list and move them to the Selected Items list.
- Repeat for additional labor categories if needed.
- Click the Summary tab and review your selections.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
You can define the Hyperfind by skills and certifications.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people based on their skills and assignment status. You can also specific an "as of" date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Skill field, enter the search criteria (using wildcards) and click Search, then select the applicable skills from the ensuing list.
- In the Assignment Status drop-down list, select Active or Inactive.
- In the As of area, select one of the following:
- Today
- Specific Date and enter the date or click the calendar icon
to select a date - Within specified time period
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people based on their certifications and expiration status. You can also specific an "as of" date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Skill field, enter the search criteria (using wildcards) and click Search, then select the applicable certifications from the ensuing list.
- In the Expiration Status drop-down list, select Current or Expired.
- In the As of area, select one of the following:
- Today
- Specific Date and enter the date or click the calendar icon
to select a date - Within specified time period
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
You can define the Hyperfind by action, action statuses, discipline levels Transfer an employee from one attendance policy to another discipline level following occurrences of attendance events. Discipline levels are also referred to as steps., events, patterns, and perfect attendance A collection of attendance events, attendance patterns, or combined events that disqualify an employee from attaining perfect attendance..
This Hyperfind condition searches for people who have a specific Attendance action Responses to employee occurrences, positive or negative..
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Attendance Action Name field, enter search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable Attendance Action Name to the Selected Items box.
- Select the location using the right arrow
to run through the hierarchy or click Select All. - In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people whose discipline action status has been triggered, initiated, or completed.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select from the following:
- Triggered
- Initiated
- Completed
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with specific discipline levels. You can also specify an "as of" date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select the discipline levels from the list. Use the Ctrl key to select more than one.
- In the As of area, select one of the following:
- Today
Specific Date and enter the date in the date box or click the calendar icon
to select a date, - Within specified time period
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with specific attendance events in a defined threshold and range.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Attendance Event Name field, enter your search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable events to the Selected Items box.
- Do one of the following:
- Define the number of events in the Threshold field: Select Greater than, Greater than or equal, Less than, or Less than or equal, then enter a number in the time field. For example, you may want to search for greater than 4 events.
- Define a range of events in the Range field by entering a number in the From and To fields. For example, you may want to search for between 1 and 5 events.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with specific attendance patterns in a defined threshold and range.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Attendance Pattern Name field, enter your search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable patterns to the Selected Items box.
- Do one of the following:
- Define the number of pattern incidents in the Threshold field: Select Greater than, Greater than or equal, Less than, or Less than or equal, then enter a number in the time field. For example, you may want to search for greater than 4 pattern incidents.
- Define a range of pattern incidents in the Range field by entering a number in the From and To fields. For example, you may want to search for between 1 and 5 pattern incidents.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with a defined type of perfect attendance
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Perfect Attendance Definition field, enter search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable cost centers to the Selected Items box.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
You can define the Hyperfind by accrual profiles, accrual item, and full-time equivalency
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with specific Accrual Profiles.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select the Accrual Profiles from the list. Hold down the Ctrl key to select more than one.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with specific accrual codes based on total earnings, total takings, or balance over a specified number of days.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select one of the following:
- Total Earnings
- Total Takings (exclude debit adjustments)
- Balance
- Define your selection in the next two fields:
- Are — Select More than, More than or equal to, Less than, Less than or equal to, or Equal.
- Amount — Enter the number of day.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people with a specific percentage of full-time equivalency. You can also define an "as of" date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Define the full-time equivalency to search for: Select More than, More than or equal to, Less than, Less than or equal to, or Equal, then enter the percentage of full time (1% to 100%).
- In the As of area, select one of the following:
- Today
Specific Date and enter the date in the date box or click the calendar icon
to select a date, - Within specified time period
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
You can define the Hyperfind by username, user account status, and Function Access Profile.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people a specific user name.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Do one of the following:
- Enter search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable user names to the Selected Items box.
- Expand Use Single Wildcard and enter the criteria in the Define Condition field.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for people user account status of active, inactive, or terminated. You can also specify an effective date.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Status field, select Active, Inactive, or Terminated.
- Define the timing of the account status in the following fields:
- As of:
- Today
- Specific Date — Enter the date in the date box or click the calendar icon

This Hyperfind searches for employee or manager Labor Category Profiles.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select Employee or Manager from the drop-down list.
- Select or more of the Labor Category Profiles listed. Use the Ctrl key to select more than one.

- When finished, click Apply.

This Hyperfind condition searches for Manager Report Profiles.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select or more of the Manager Report Profiles listed. Hold down the Ctrl key to select more than one.
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for specific organizational groups being used as of today, on a specific date, or within a specified time period.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Organizational Group field, enter search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable cost centers to the Selected Items box.
- In the As of area, select one of the following:
- Today
- Specific Date and enter the date or click the calendar icon
to select a date - Within specified time period
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for employees based on their Job Transfer Set.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- In the Job Transfer Set field, enter search criteria and click Search. From the ensuing list, use the arrow keys to move the applicable cost centers to the Selected Items box.
- In the As of area, select one of the following:
- Today
- Specific Date and enter the date or click the calendar icon
to select a date - Within specified time period
- In the Selected Conditions area, click Add and review the condition.
- When finished, click Apply.
This Hyperfind condition searches for employee based on their Process Profile.
- Click Include or Exclude People who Meet this Condition.
- Select Employee or Manager in the drop-down box.
- Select or more of the Process Profiles listed. Use the Ctrl key to select more than one.
