Batch Job List

The Batch Jobs List enable you to see the status of batch jobs that are in the queue.

In the Batch Job List, all application instances are included for the Launch Date that you select. You can narrow the list by processing Status and Launch Date. By default, the status is waiting.

Each batch work request is displayed as a row.

To locate a specific job:

  1. Refine the list with the following filters:
    • Status — Select from the following:
    • Waiting
    • Success
    • Failure
    • Retry
    • Processing
    • Suspended
    • Discarded
    • All
    • Started By — Select from System, User, or All.
    • Launch Date — Select the date that the job started.
    • Batch Groups — Select from the list of configured batch groups.
  2. Click Refreshto display the jobs that meet your criteria.

Information displays in the following columns:

  • Batch Job — Batch task name
  • Launch Date and Time — Date and time on which the request was made
  • Start Date and Time — Actual date and time on which the request started
  • End Date and Time — Actual date and time on which the request completes running
  • User Account Name — ID of the account under which the batch was submitted
  • Server List — Name of the server that most recently attempted to run the batch
  • Priority — Lowest, Low, Medium, High, Highest
  • Status — Waiting, In Process, Success, Failure, Retry
  • Context — Identifies the context defined on the Batch Event page
  • Batch Group — Identifies the batch group defined. If there is no batch group, the entry is blank.
  • Total Tasks — Total number of tasks in the job
  • Successful Tasks — Total number of tasks that completed without issues
  • Failed Tasks — Total number of tasks that did not complete
