People Information Profiles
You use this page (Administration > Application Setup > Display Preferences > People Information Profiles) to create, edit, or delete People Information profiles.
Create People Information profile
- Click Create
. - On the New People Information Profile page:
- Enter a name and description.
- Select a People Information setting from the People Information Setting area.
- Click Assign.
- Click Save.
Edit People Information profile
- Select a profile and click Edit
. - On the edit page:
- Change the name and description as needed.
- Select one of the following from the Save Changes To area:
- Everywhere Used to change the existing profile
- A New to create a new profile
- From the People Information Setting area, select one of the listed settings and do one of the following:
- Click Assign.
- Click Un-Assign.
- Click Edit to change the profile settings. Then, on the edit page, change the name, description, and/or default Hyperfind A search engine that filters and selects groups of employees through queries that specify conditions or locations (criteria)., then save the changes to Everywhere the profile is used or Just To the current setting. When finished, click Save.
- On the edit page, click Save.
Delete a People Information Profile
- Select a profile and click Delete
. - Review the warning message and click Yes or No.
