Employee Schedule - Monthly report
This report shows monthly schedules for employees who are included in the selected location or Hyperfind A search engine that filters and selects groups of employees through queries that specify conditions or locations (criteria).. It shows employee schedules and pay code edits. The report includes shifts that employees are working outside of their primary location; these shift are denoted with a lower-case "x" in the report.
Shifts are listed using labels, if a label has been assigned; otherwise, shifts are indicated by start time. Shift labels Replaces start and end times in the schedule with a compact, easier-to-read label. Example: Shift times are 4PM-12:30AM, and the shift label is Evening. are displayed in their entirety if the report is run for 20 days or less; otherwise, shift labels are truncated to five characters.
It displays up to 28 days per page. If the report is run for more than 28 days, the remaining days are included on the next page. If there are less than 28 days shown on a page, columns are auto-sized to fit the page.
- From your Report Library, click tap Run Report
- In the Select Report panel, select Scheduler > Employee Schedule - Monthly and click tap Select.
- In the report panel, select the following parameters:
- Timeframe — Click Tap Select Timeframe
. Then, in the Timeframe panel, select the appropriate timeframe or click tap Select Range to select a range of dates. When finished, click tap Apply. - Hyperfind — Click Tap Select Hyperfind
. Then, in the Locations & Hyperfinds panel, select the appropriate location or Hyperfind. If you have the appropriate access, you can also do the following: - Click Tap New Hyperfind to create a new Hyperfind. See Hyperfind queries for more information.
- Click Tap Select Locations to open the Select locations glance (also known as a contextual callout) Provides information and actions in a dialog box for an item on the screen when the user right-clicks or taps the item.panel.
- When finished, click tap Apply.
- Output Format — Select one of the following:
- Timeframe — Click Tap Select Timeframe
- Click Tap Run report. An In progress message displays while the report is running.

Click Close
to close the panel. - Click Tap OK when the Report is Completed message appears. If you created a PDF or Excel report, a link appears at the bottom of the Report Library. If you created an interactive report, the report opens in a new tab automatically.
The report contains the following data:
- Location — The complete path for the location. Each location starts a new page of the report.
- Employee: Listed only once in the report, under their primary job location. If the employee has transfers, a lower-case "x" displays next to the shift.
- Job — Sorted alphabetically.
- Shifts — Indicated either by shift label or start time.
- Paycodes A category of time or money that employees earn, for example, Regular Hours, Bonus, or Sick. — Listed with the first letter of the paycode name followed by the associated schedule amount: hours, days, or money.
