Audit reports

Several reports are available to help you audit activity across the suite:

• Audit report — Identifies system configuration changes made over a specific period of time.
• Function Access Profile report — Identifies the access rights configured in the selected Function Access Profile.
• People Audit Report — Provides a wide range of attributes for a specific person over a specific period of time, including Pay Rule Assignment, Logon Profile, license, and role.
• Security Audit Report — Identifies a number of security actions for one or more people over a specific period of time, such as user login and logout, password change, and account lockout.
• Audit Reports for Healthcare Productivity — Tracks additions or changes to Healthcare Productivity configurations.
• Audit Reports for Variance Advisor — Tracks additions or changes to variance advisor and predefined explanations.
