View Availability

Employees can view their availability in My Calendar.

Note: A manager first must set up your availability in your Schedule using a Schedule Pattern Defines a repeating pattern of shifts, paycodes, and availability that is assigned to one or more employees for a specific time span. or Override Availability.

To view availability in My Calendar:

  1. Open the Calendar by one of the following methods:
    • Click Tap Home  > My Schedule
    • Click Tap Main Menu  > My Information > My Calendar.
  2. Click Tap Layers  .

  3. Select Availability .
  4. View Availability by one of the following methods:
    1. In the Calendar, view your availability pattern by color, prorated by time.
    2. In the Events tab, view your availability details in text form, with a color indicator.

Color Indicators for Availability options

  •  —  Available is light green, indicating the timeframe that the employee is available.
  •  — Unavailable is pink, indicating the timeframe that the employee is not available.
  •  — Preferred (time to work) is turquoise, indicating the employee's preferred time to work.
  •  — Preferred time off is lavender, indicating the employee's preferred time off.
