View Availability
Employees can view their availability in My Calendar.
Note: A manager first must set up your availability in your Schedule using a Schedule Pattern Defines a repeating pattern of shifts, paycodes, and availability that is assigned to one or more employees for a specific time span. or Override Availability.
To view availability in My Calendar:
- Open the Calendar by one of the following methods:
- Click Tap Home
> My Schedule. - Click Tap Main Menu
> My Information > My Calendar.
- Click Tap Home

Click Tap Layers
. - Select Availability
. - View Availability by one of the following methods:
- In the Calendar, view your availability pattern by color, prorated by time.
- In the Events tab, view your availability details in text form, with a color indicator.
Color Indicators for Availability options

— Available is light green, indicating the timeframe that the employee is available.

— Unavailable is pink, indicating the timeframe that the employee is not available.

— Preferred (time to work) is turquoise, indicating the employee's preferred time to work.

— Preferred time off is lavender, indicating the employee's preferred time off.
