PlanSource Integration Overview
The PlanSource™ integration exchanges data for benefit services with PlanSource.
The integration processes in the PlanSource integration do the following:
- Export person data — such as new hires, terminations, employee demographic updates — to PlanSource.
- Import benefits data — such as scheduled payroll deductions — from PlanSource.

- You must have the Benefits Center entitlement.
- Your tenant must have unified Dimensions HCM and Dimensions.
- You must use Dimensions HCM for HR and Payroll; no other payroll system is supported.
- PlanSource is the system of record for employee benefits. Benefit data, such as Tiers and Coverages, are stored only in PlanSource and not in HCM.
- Dimensions HCM is the system of record for employee demographic data and for payroll.

At a high level, set up of integrations follows an Access > Deploy > Configure > Install > Run and Test > Migrate process.

- Configure the HCM PlanSource Integrations
- Edit Cross-Reference Tables for PlanSource
- Deploy the HCM PlanSource Earnings Import integration and download the ScheduleEarningsImport_EarningsCode cross-reference table; for access and instructions, contact your UKG Representative.
- Install the PlanSource Integration
- Run and Test the PlanSource Integration
