Configure the Historical Corrections Add-on Profile

  1. Click Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Display Preferences > Timecard Add-on Profiles.
  2. Click Create > Historical Corrections to create a new profile, or select an existing profile and click Edit .
  3. Enter a Name and, optionally, a Description.
  4. For Group Options, select the options to appear in the add-on drop-down list.
  5. Select Show Wages to include the Wages column in the add-on. Clear Show Wages to hide the Wages column.
  6. In the Detail View Columns and the Summary View Columns areas:
    • Select Re-Order Selection to rearrange the order columns appear in the add-on.
    • Select Edit to edit the column visibility, label, and width.

  8. When you are finished, select Save.
