Query Manager
Query Manager enables you to assign personal Hyperfind A search engine that filters and selects groups of employees through queries that specify conditions or locations (criteria). queries to different people.
Note: The person who will use the query must have the following ACP in his or her Function Access Profile: Manager - Common Setup > Hyperfind > Query Manager.
To use Query Manager:
- From the Main Menu, select Administration > Application Setup > Common Setup > Query Manager.
- Click Search to load the available personal Hyperfind queries. The name of the person who created the query is also listed.
- Select a query and do one of the following:
- Click View or Duplicate to open the Hyperfind Editor. From here you can review the query or modify the duplicate. See Hyperfind queries for more information.
- Click Assign to assign the query to people. A list of qualified people appears in the Query Manager - Assign Query page. Select one or more names and click Save. When finished, click Return.
- Click Delete to remove a query.
- Click Refresh to refresh the query list.
